Al Fresco

Here are a few pix of our new deck. Myself and young master Eoin are very proud of our handiwork. Said outdoor living space has already been christened with a barbeque, at which nearly twenty members of the family were fed and watered.A sing song followed at which my mam and clare sang all night accompanied by me and my dad on guitar. Great craic!
Tonight the clan Deshoon are off to see Eoin blow his horn in the national concert hall. Porgy and Bess, no less!

On top of the world

We were skiing in Alpe D'Huez a week or so back. Accompanying Clan Deshoon were the O'Dowd-Hills, Mr. Jessop and Miss Byrne. Alas poor Triona, being heavily with child could not partake in the slipping,sliding and general mayhem. The slopes were excellent, the snow exquisite and we had fun, fun, fun 'till Daddy took the T- Bird away. No broken bones this year either. In point of fact, even Mammy Deshoon enjoyed it this year!Pictured are myself, Jonathan and Tim before embarking on a real Hail Mary red run with the photographer, Master Eoin. What a rush. To follow are a few posts with shots of the expedition.

Practically my only worthwhile photo from me & Bren's trip to Warsaw. Highly recommend it as a shortbreak destination. Great mojitos. Good food, good craic, great hotel and plenty to see.
